How's and why's

Assalamualaikum,
I dont know where and how to start my post. Everything in life that had happened. There must be their own reason. Allah s.w.t knows more than we, ourself know. Yes, I trust HIM the one and only who created me. I remembered when I'm not being me. When I 'm in sick. I put my trust, I put my belief all towards Allah. I do trust him. And know I 'm sick when I will be facing my big examination in my life.  Ya Allah, give me your strength so that I can
Be brave and do well in facing your test. Ya Allah, do help me. Please return my Spm's spirit back. I lost my spirit. I'm too tired. Do help me. I know you know more.
